Online betting sites convicted of using sports names

A legal court in France has convicted two bookmakers for exploiting the trademarked name of Italian football club Juventus to promote the betting on one of its matches. According to the court, online sports betting operators are only allowed to use brand names of sports teams to advertise games for which they are offering bets and only when a bet is being placed.
